  • What payments are taken at RebelUK.com?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Yes you can. We do ask that you arrange a time during our office hours 9-5 Monday to Friday, we can do out of hours on request.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    We endeavour to get your order to you asap. Most deliveries are shipped out within 48hours on 48hour delivery (working days). Custom printed and special order may take longer.
  • Where do you ship to? Which shipping method do you use?
    We ship to all of the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Any shipping outside the automated countries at checkout will have to contact us for shipping details. We use Royal Mail, Evri and UPS for our shipping, all are tracking providing you with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
  • Do you have sizing information?
    We work hard to bring you the best from multiple suppliers, each item will have it own size guide. if you have any question about a specific product please contact us. Most of our men's clothing ranges from Small-2XL, though we do stock up to 5 XL in some products. Most of our women's clothing ranges from XS-2XL, some products are US sizes but will be advertised as UK sizes.
  • Can I return my purchase?
    We always hope you are happy with your Rebel UK purchase. If you need to return anything to us please contact us via email within 14 days of receipt of you order to let us know. Returns must be received by us within 28 days of original purchase date, unworn and with tags and packaging. Sock are non returnable for hygiene reasons. Please include your order number with your return, full price items will be refunded via the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Sale or reduced items will recieve a credit note within 5 days, please check spam mail.
  • Can I get my item with a custom print?
    Yes, we do ready to go custom printed tees and top in both men's and womenswear. If you require bespoke printing or team kit please contact us.
  • I think my item is faulty, what can I do?
    All of our kit is checked before leaving us to ensure its in the best condition what it arrives with you. If you have an issue with your purchase please do contact us immediately. We will remedy issues where possible. Faulty worn items must be laundered before returning.
