Sizing Help
Belt fits are personal preference but this guide will help you understand the size your belt will cover. Measure with a tape measure at the belly button, pulled tight. This measurement is the tightest fitting on the belt. Choose the size that is in between the extremes The lower measurement on each size is the tightest fitting with belt over lap. The upper measurement is the belt at full extension with the ends touching with enough velcro cover to hold.
