The Rebel self locking system give you the choice to fully lock the belt, perfect for the heavy lifts. Its is also a workout partner when set on the quick release setting for when you need to breathe mid wod! The quick-adjust steel buckle and hook-and-loop fastening system allows quick release for easily moving between workouts.

Sizing Help
Belt fits are personal preference but this guide will help you understand the size your belt will cover.
Measure with a tape measure at the belly button, pulled tight. This measurement is the tightest fitting on the belt.
Choose the size that is in between the extremes
The lower measurement on each size is the tightest fitting with belt over lap.
The upper measurement is the belt at full extension with the ends touching with enough velcro cover to hold.
