PRICES AND DELIVER
The price of the goods is as stated on the web. Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax.
Prices are checked regularly, if the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when your order is placed you will be contacted and can choose to proceed at the correct price.
Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Proof of postage will be obtained. Signed for can be done on request.
Prices shown on the web sites do not include delivery. Delivery charges for the UK are as follows:

Goods will be dispatched within 3-5 day – some item maybe special orders or prints and require the extra time. On rare occasion an item is delay you will be informed by email and can cancel your order if you wish, receiving a full refund.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please email within 24 hours of receipt.
Payment for all goods must be by credit / debit card via our online secure service with PayPal.com. You will be charged as soon as the order is Confirmed.
For Your security, when using a credit/debit card, the billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

That any goods supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to the description given;
certain remedies if goods are defective; and
Except for customised/ personalised goods, a right to cancel within a specified period and receive a full refund even if they are not defective.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of receipt and in saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from Rebeluk.com, if you have purchased from a third party then they must arrange your return or exchange.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
When returning items, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. Obtain proof of postage from the post office.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
Exchange – Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, or to the same cost equivalent. You the buyer will need to pay the postage.
Faulty -We try to ensure a high standard of product and print and stands behind the quality of the products we produces. Occasionally manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
Returns – Please email within 7 days of your purchase date to request an exchange or refund. Tell us the reason highlight the reason for return or exchange in the email as well as the condition of the garment. For an exchange, what item you would like to exchange the purchased product for. You will receive a confirmation email and instructions of what to do.

Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent with proof of postage. Rebel UK are not responsible for and are not liable for any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
If goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the web, please contact us as soon as possible via email as given above to arrange a return and replacement or refund of goods.
We are unable to accept returns for customised goods.
For all Goods other than customised Goods, consumers have a right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel orders during the period of fourteen working days beginning with the day after the day on which You receive the goods. Customers outside the UK have fourteen (14) days to cancel orders under these rights. If you wish to rely on your statutory rights, You are required to cover the cost of returning the cancelled items to Us.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
